- Provide 2 Tbsp water to rehydrate Shiitake powder
- You need 12 g Kombu
- Take 20 g soybeans
- Get 40 ml Mirin
- Provide 60 ml soy sauce
- Take 15 g brown sugar
- Take 1 tsp grain vinegar
- You need Udon noodles for two people

- Soak the Kombu for up to 30 minutes in water to soften.
