- Take 2-3 Turkey or ham slices
- Take 1 tbsp butter (I used buttermilk butter)

- Over medium heat. Melt the butter.
- Season the beaten eggs with salt and pepper. Once it's bubbling add the eggs to the butter. Swirl around the pan until the eggs cover the bottom of the pan.
